What this covers

This policy covers the Alta Vista marketing site and its public demo. Portals we run for accounting firms are private, invitation-only services with their own privacy policy, shown inside each portal.

The demo

The demo portal contains only fictional company data. When you open it we create a temporary demo session so the portal works; demo sessions and their chat histories are routinely purged. Questions you type into the demo's Ask Claude are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the answer and are logged for quality and abuse review. Neither your questions nor anything else from this site is used to train AI models. Please don't enter real financial or personal information into the demo.

Contact and correspondence

If you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond and follow up. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share visitor information.

Service providers

The site and demo run on Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI answers in the demo), acting on our instructions.
